Media Release: I grant/deny permission to the Richmond Guardians to use the image(s) of my child as marked by my selection above. Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or other use of photographs, images, and/or video taken of my child for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to printed materials such as yearbooks and newsletters, videos, and digital images such as those on the Richmond Guardian website and in slide show presentations.

I give my consent for my child to participate in Richmond Guardians Track. I understand that such activity involves the potential for injury which is inherent in all sports. Even with the best coaching, and strict observance of rules, injuries are still a possibility. I give my permission to the appropriate coaching volunteer or medical personnel to render emergency treatment, if required, when associated with an athletic injury or illness.

The Guardians will hold a Season Opening parent meeting on Monday February 23rd at 6:00pm at Pilot Knob Baptist Church (8091 Battlefield Memorial Highway Berea, KY 40403). All players and at least one parent will need to be present at this meeting. If this date changes an email will be sent to the Parent/Guardian email shared above. By checking the box above I acknowledge attendance of this meeting is required.

Richmond Guardians' participation fees are currently made up of the following components: Registration, Insurance, and Uniform. All Athletes will pay $75 to cover the costs of the components mentioned above.
