I give my consent for my child to participate in Richmond Guardians Basketball. I understand that such activity involves the potential for injury which is inherent in all sports. Even with the best coaching, and strict observance of rules, injuries are still a possibility. I give my permission to the appropriate coaching volunteer or medical personnel to render emergency treatment, if required, when associated with an athletic injury or illness.

The Guardians will hold a Season Opening around the first week of September (date TBD). All players and at least one parent will need to be present at this meeting.
